Digital or Static Displays? Why not have both!
Lots of my clients who have swapped their static displays for digital screens have later commented “window patrons won’t wait to see the next property if it doesn’t appear quickly enough” I have watched potential customers who won’t even wait until the previous viewer has finished watching a screen, and walk off impatiently. But they will look at other static displays! More and more I am hearing my real estate agent clients are wanting the combination of digital screens AND static displays. The screens show your vendors you are up to date with technology, and the static displays offer your customers an alternative presentation while they wait. Or, for your older, more traditional clientele – they showcase your properties in a format they often prefer. It doesn’t have to be one or the other: you can have “The Best of Both Worlds”!
